Thanksgiving Potluck at the Youth Center on Thanksgiving day, Nov. 28, at 1:00 p.m.  Please bring your food ready to serve.  Come and give thanks together on this special day!

 

Mark Your Calendar for a church social event on Dec 14, at 7:00 p.m. following the Gentry Christmas parade.  Watch for more details to come.

 

Devotional Books and Sharing Books for 2025 can be ordered through Sleepy Hollow.  On the bulletin board is a brochure with the titles and pictures of the new books.

 

Total Life Community Center Food Pantry  If you feel impressed to help out with a monetary donation to supplement with fresh produce like eggs, milk, bread etc. for the food baskets it would be appreciated. Make your contribution to the Gentry SDA Church and mark it for the TLC Food Pantry.  If you missed bringing food donations throughout our food drive time there is a master list on the bulletin board. and can be brought to the church through Nov. 30 

 

Reminder  It would be very helpful and appreciated if you could look around your area after church and pick up wrappers, water bottles, bulletins and items on the floor and dispose them in the trash as you leave.

 

Concert   next Sabbath evening, Nov. 30, at 6:00 p.m. Sarah Chace will be presenting a concert in our sanctuary singing songs from her newly released Spanish CD “My Gratitude in Song”. Laura and Corwyn Stabel will be special guests. The whole church family is invited to come and join us in thanks-giving to the Lord for who HE is, for all that He has done and for what He will do.

 

Come and Go 80th birthday celebration for Karen Fritz at the Springtown Fellowship Hall on Dec. 1, 2024 from 2:00-4:00 p.m.  All are welcome

 

 

Women’s Ministry will continue to collect soda can tops for the Ronald McDonald house for Kyslee Davis who is fighting B cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia. This will be an ongoing ministry until, like Deklyn Kynslee goes into remission. The family is facing uncertain times with all the medical expenses as well as traveling. A go fund me account has been established to help them.
